With our unique printing service, every tenant has the opportunity to print and scan individually. The connection to the printer can be established via Wi-Fi from any device (laptop, cell phone, etc.).
Credit is easily topped up online.
A smart print release on the devices prevents others from accessing documents.
How-To:
There is a notice at each printer with the current prices.
In addition, the cost of each print job is displayed beforehand.
Pages that are only in black and white are automatically charged at the lower rate.
- Login to the portal https://print.DS-networks.de/ with your WiFi or portal.ds-networks.de account.
- Menu item „Recharge credit“.
- Select amount and method of payment (Paypal, direct debit and credit card).
- Complete the payment process.
- Credit will be booked after about one minute.
- Install the app depending on your operating system: https://print.DS-networks.de/ Menu item „Instructions“.
- Print the document using the printer “print.DS-networks”.
- Place your key chip in front of the card reader of the printer (if necessary link your chip using your WiFi or portal.ds-networks.de account).
- Select “Print all jobs” or “Print release” to release individual jobs.
- Sign out.

- Select “Device Functions” and adjust copy settings.
- Start copying with “Start” button.
- Sign out.
- Place your key chip in front of the card reader of the printer (if necessary link your chip using your WiFi or portal.ds-networks.de account).
- Select „Scan“.
- Select „Scan to my E-Mail address“ (if necessary adjust scan settings).
- Scan will be sent to the e-mail address used for your WiFi registration.
- Sign out.

- For testing each user has a starting balance at his disposal
- Print jobs can be released on all printers
- Large scan jobs must be divided into several jobs
- Credit cannot be paid out, a transfer to other users in the portal is possible
